The Pharisees Demand a Sign

^11 (C)The Pharisees came and began to argue with him, ^(D)seeking from him ^(E)a sign from heaven ^(F)to test him. ¹² And ^(G)he sighed deeply ^(H)in his spirit and said, “Why does this generation seek a sign? Truly, I say to you, no sign will be given to this generation.”
